Technology Executive & Transformation Leader
Three decades of turning complex technology challenges into measurable business outcomes — from cloud migrations saving millions to building organizations from the ground up.
About
I grew up on a family farm in upstate South Carolina, where I became the resident fix-it guy — learning problem-solving through welding, metalworking, and the occasional creative application of baling wire. That hands-on mentality never left.
It followed me through a Mechanical Engineering degree at Clemson, into management consulting at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), through a decade of building and leading delivery teams at Daugherty Business Solutions, and into executive technology leadership at The Coca-Cola Company.
The problems got bigger — cloud migrations for $14 billion operations, $1 billion technical divestitures, building 45-initiative transformation programs — but the approach stayed the same: understand how it works, figure out what it should be, build the team, and make it happen.
Today, through Stratfield Consulting, I help organizations navigate the same kinds of complex technology and business transformations — bringing both the strategic perspective and the hands-on instinct to get things across the finish line.
